1. After I fill out the request form what happens next?
Once you have completed your form, WCC will work hard to find you the best possible experience. We will send you back a quote according to your preferences and you can pay by phone or web.
2. Once I have paid for my trip now what happens?
After you have paid, you will receive confirmation for your request with instructions, an itinerary for your trip and a receipt.
3. Once I have reserved a trip can I cancel?
Because WCC is giving you the best possible experience at face value we can not honor any refund for late-no show for any reasons. All package sales are final.
4. I Don’t see my request on the menu, can WCC still deliver?
Of Course! We never say no, just ask.
7. Can I reserve a trip and pay later?
This feature is reserved for platinum members only.
8. No one returned my quote what happened?
The concierge desks can see an influx of travelers at anytime. You can call or stop by the desk to expedite the process.
